Enchilada is a corn tortilla rolled around a in Short Rib filling and covered with our special enchiladas sauce.

Fresh wild caught Salmon topped with olive oil, cherry tomatoes, capers, fresh basil. and orange juice.

Cauliflower cut into 2 inch steaks seasoned with salt and pepper and roasted then topped with chimichurri.

Grass fed Lamb chops marinated with chimichurri then grilled.

Experience
A private dinner experience for 3 to 4 Hrs of dinner service. A crew of 3 to 4 will help create a memorable dinner for you and your guest.
We will arrive 3 Hrs prior to event to set up.

Clean Up
Clean up will take up to 2 Hrs. We take pride leaving our work space cleaner than how we found it. We don`t take any trash with us. The trash will be thrown away using property trash bins.
